Wuxi East-Sunshine Textile Science And Technology Co., Ltd. Wuxi East-Sunshine Textile Science and Technology Co., Ltd was established in 2005. We are one of the leading companies mainly engaged in R&D, manufacturing and sales of microfiber textile products, and we are also Executive President of WUCCE (Wuxi United Chamber of Cross-border E-commerce), employment basement of Yancheng Institute of Technology, Alibaba Cross-board E-commerce Demonstration Base and as well as member of COOA (China Optometric and Optical Association). Our main products include microfiber fabric, microfiber cleaning cloth, microfiber pouches and microfiber gloves and so on, which are widely used in cleaning and protection of eyewear, electronic products, jewelry and glass. We are well located in Wuxi in Yangtze River Delta, which develops fast and is near Shanghai, the international city. The traffic here is convenient. We have about 180 employers, among which over 30 employers have Bachelor degrees or above, while over 20 employers are senior technique staff. All our stuff, making concerted efforts together with Department of Sales, R&D, Purchasing, QC, HR and Financial, have built a solid foundation of our long term development. With about over 8000 square meters area, we have complete works lines, including weaving, blushing, cutting, printing, sewing and packaging. We also import advanced equipments to producing high quality products, like high-density automatic knitting machines made in Taiwan, sanding and brushing lines equipped with DuPont ceramic rod sanding, and industrial digital printing machines made in Japan. With the increasing demands of our customers, We expanded our product lines in weaving, cutting and printing with automatic equipments. Currently, we are able to produce 60 ton microfiber fabric each day/month. Besides, we have our own electricity generating machine to maintain daily production when encountering unexpected power off. In July 2013, our QC Department was grouped to improve our quality consciousness and supervise the quality of our products. It is fully equipped with inspection and testing equipment. Together with the independently developed ERP system, QC Department inspects and controls every step of the production progress starting from sample production. Our products are certificated by ISO9001, and they also meet the standards of REACH and RoHS. Alongside the fast development, we also actively get us involved in public welfare. Leading by WUCCE and in association with University Business School, the Cross-Board E-Commerce Innovation Class was founded in November, 2015. We aim to help graduating students to improve their own competitiveness by the career training and skills courses, provided by the experienced managers from various companies.
